Shipping & Returns


Shipping is available to NZ and Australia. Shipping is calculated based on the items in your cart and your region (it can range from $5 to $15). Free shipping applies to all orders over $150 to both New Zealand & Australia.

New Zealand

Shipments are made via Courier on a tracked delivery.
Service times are:
  • 2-4 business days - Urban
  • 2-6 business days - Rural


Shipments are made via Australia Post tracked delivery
Service times dependent on State/Area, 3 - 15 business days - contact for more information on your delivery if required.


We want you to be 100% happy and confident in your new purchase, so we offer a simple and quick refund or exchange policy for your item(s).

If you have a query about a breast pump return please refer to our terms and conditions Clause 9 - 'Breast Pump Satisfaction Guarantee' or contact us at for further assistance.

Clothing refunds and exchanges can be made when the item is:
  • Returned to us within 10 days of delivery
  • Accompanied with your proof of purchase
  • Returned in their original saleable condition with the original tags attached
  • Un-worn, washed or damaged

Return or Exchange

Simply complete the form that has accompanied your order and enclose it along with your packing slip. Please return these with your goods via courier to the address on the form:

Please note: we strongly recommend using a traceable method (i.e. tracked courier) when returning goods to Milkbar. Shipping costs associated with the return/exchange of items are considered the responsibility of the customer and there is a small $5 shipping and handling for an exchange item to be re-delivered. Please deposit into the account on the returns/exchanges form on returning your exchange to us using your name and order number as a reference.

Refunds will be processed via direct credit within 3 working days of receiving the item and can take 3-5 days to show in the customer account. Payment will be credited back to the card or LayBuy account used to make the purchase. We will send you an email when your refund has been completed.

Please note, exchanges are limited to size exchange of the same style only. If you want to exchange for another item, please choose to be refunded for your purchase and make a subsequent purchase of your new item.

Sale / Discounted Items

Please be advised that we do not offer refunds on sale items. We can offer an exchange on size dependant on availability, however a $5 shipping charge will be incurred. Sale items are final so we recommend choosing carefully.

For exchanges on promotional/discounted items ie promotional code use, we allow exchanges for another size, or offer online store credit to the value of your original purchase should your size be unavailable. Refunds are not given.

Return Limits

Milkbar cannot accept returns that have been purchased through an external boutique or stockist.


In any rare situation that a garment or product is found to be faulty we absolutely will meet all obligations under the Consumers Act.
